How to Be Transparent in a Real Estate Transaction
With transparency it often triggers reciprocity. If the other side is not being as forthcoming with information, oftentimes if you are transparent and you provide a little bit of information that doesn't hurt you, they learn from that. And yeah, you're certainly not giving away anything that's proprietary or telling them some trade secret that would hurt you. But explain to them why this is the three things you need to get out of the negotiation and if you don't get it, you can't do the deal.
