The commonality point is super spot on because we've lost the commonality of the office. And we now need to build something another layer for to build our hybrid culture upon. This is ultimately what I've built into the hybrid management training program. The flow of the course takes you through a journey to where you understand what needs to be integrated from a remote perspective and then how to do that. Remote work companies all default to transparency. One to one meetings and feedback remote to a companies integrate this. They don't do it monthly because they have to make up for the lost elements of what we don't have no longer have in the office.
