Pulmonary hypertension is very poorly tolerated in pregnancy it was a reported maternal or tally about 36 percent. It's associated with iUGR and fetal loss and pre-term delivery so we get these fluid shifts auto transfusion of blood that was previously going to the uterus. We want to avoid havoxemia acidosis hypercarbia, maintenance of our systemic vascular resistance and avoid inside myocardial depression during any sort of anesthetic okay yeah. right so uh that sounds that sounds great you got a distinguish between stable and unstable the big the big kind of decision point there being whether to use electricity or not right um okay and then how about other maternal cardiac diseases that we want to cover
