How to Address Clinician Bias in the Classroom Setting

How can we address clinician bias? We know it exists because girls and women aren't diagnosed as they should be. How do we design classrooms to be supportive of a wide variety of neurodivergent in a sort of presentations? There's one thing I think is kind of a movement to better standardize training where we're not necessarily saying that perhaps approaches that haven't been studied as much are to be thrown out, but that the evidence-based approach needs to be your first attempt.
