What Is the Most Shocking Policy and Even Constitutional Reform in Hungary?
The working poor have been, as you put it, somewhat discursively and materially rewarded in comparison to the so called idle poor. Can you talk about that process and the way in which certain sections of the hungarian population are treated as being outside of the national community? Well, i think the most shocking policy and even constitutional reform, that's how far it went. What i talk about in this paper was a constitutional reform that made hopelessness a crime against the constitution. I mean, that is literally constitutional ising. It's the making of a neo liberal constitution. The degree of penality that is applied to the poor is extraordinary. And you can see this also just in terms
