On proverbs 15 13, a merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance. But by sorrow of the heart, the spirit is broken. And then verse 17, better is a dinner of herbs where love is than a stalled ox and hatred therewith. I'd rather have a salad with my friends than a nice big steak with someone i don't like. A good friend is going to make you sharper. You want friends like that an iron friend.
Hank Smith and John Bytheway share their favorite proverbs from this week's Come, Follow Me study.
