How to Be Successful as a GP on a Partnership

Justin: I'm raising money for other operators who have phenomenal systems built out. So, you know, part of what you said, hey, you don't have to reinvent the wheel to be successful. We are still managing assets and I am still expanding my personal portfolio. But as it comes in the future, probably be raising more money for other people who just have such phenomenal track records that it's better to plug into those systems.
