Vedanta would say is, let me give you a difference between this and e vedanti approach. In the drigdrisia, veveka, you have any thought that comes to your mind, any thought? You say, samy, nothing comes to mind, ok? Nothing. The technique here is one you who or what is aware of that thought or the absence of thought. If that thought ever comes, two plus two is four. That's hard and easily, your mind easily runs off. Andand where am i? These are all forms of yoga, of of upasina, not yet vedanta, right?
