How to Be Strategic When Tweeting

I've thought about that actually sometimes when I'm specifically about to send out a tweet and I put it through a filter of, would this seem, does this seem like it's not strategic? Like it's too playful and fun and just like whatever. And some creators are probably like, what? Like, just send out the tweet. It's what it's for us. Yeah.
