CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't think the case will go to trial. The judge hasn't laughed these damages out of court, but Fox has a very strong appellate team in place, and they're going to win this thing,. But when you have as much money as the Murdochs do, and as Fox quark does, you know, you hire those people as a routine anyway.
