Is There a Milk Crisis in Ireland?
The way we're selling food are our products that we sell through a cooperative. When milk crisis is high, we get more money for our milk. And it's really tight to supply and demand a lot of time. So there's a big demand for milk at the minute, and supply isn't responding in same way as before. Farmers are reluctant to increase supply because they fear losing cow numbers.
