How to Manage Cash Flow in a Small Business

i think this could be a very helpful podcast for some of the guys who are just getting going, or just starting out. It took me and chris ten or 11 years to figure out how to manage cash flow to where it's responsible. And unfortunately, most business schools don't teach us how to manage it in a practical way. You know, you're going to have to understand that not this thing where you go out and sell product and then you've got ten million dollars in the bank to morrow. It'sou it's like a river man, and you've got to learn how toguide the river into the into the power generation dam that you wanted to go into.
