Is Endomarcadio Biopsy Required for Endocarditis?

Myocarditis causes similar EKG changes as acute coronary syndrome. They can have PR depressions because of the pericardyl involvement. If they are more advanced then you should biopsy especially chai and cell dust, AV block 2 and higher. The mild cases usually don't require aggressive immunotherapy so a biopsy would not change the management.
