If you want to be successful manager, then start working on yourself. Don't stop reading all those books and try to follow the exact same path. Instead, take some of the principles we talked about and really try to establish your own management steel. And listen, listen to the team that you have. You can get feedback every week, every month on how you're doing. If you just ask, if you're open to it, it's hard. But if you are open to listening to your team, your team will tell you what they need from you - which is going to make you a better manager.
