The Most Underrated Leadership Skill Is Vision

The most underrated and often overlooked leadership skill is vision. Most people think, why i can't be a visionary leader, because i wasn't born a visionary leader. Or they say, well, really just for our ceo. Or, i don't even know how to develop a vision in my life. And while these are common things i hear, none of these beliefs are helpful or true. When leaders lack vision, it limits the results of the it reduces energy, and it creates a culture that struggles to embrace change. Let you and i change our vision, and the world will appear accordingly.
