I think there are people who are quite good at predicting the future. I'm just not good enough trader to make a lot of money out of doing that. Most cycles don't last longer than eight years, and after eight years, you are overstaying. That means you should consider that it might come to an end sometime in the next two years. Right? Stuff happens. It's possible. And housing prices will break down against that backdrop - but still have very little inventory. So how interesting is it going to be for real estate investors when they see this kind of price discovery?"
