The San Francisco Sourdo Empire

Two older men sitting at a restaurant in San Francisco were regulars. The waiter said that they are the original sourdo makers of san francisco. They would buy their sour do starter rit from the folk in the east, and then take it up to the mountains with all their mining equipment. So when the miners would get up as far as the mountains, and they'd have flour with them,  they'd bake their bread in a fire pit on top of this extra sour starter. That became the famoussan francisco sour Bread.
