About 80 to 90% of people have never seen themselves run, ever. Of all you need is a tripod and your phone,. And that's the first place to start. So let's start from the ground up and work our way up. Foot strike. This has a lot of runners im confused about if they're foot striking, should they be heels striking? To they land on their toes? Where should their foot be when they run? Is it ok to stop on the ground? Im loud on the treadmill. Is that normal? But i don't even have to say anything. I just made a system with it.
