In 1866, Ellen decided to take a chance on a young upstart by the name of John Harvey Kellogg. He helped her create an image that maybe she hadn't quite hit on yet. And this also allowed Kellogg to study at New York's Bellevue Hospital,. where he started to think about ways to make like ready-to-eat cereal. So you're saying is all cereal is cyclical? It's certainly the cereal cycle.
