Sue Elabravarman broke the ministerial code. She suggested Tory MPs had staged a coup against that 45 people or against the removal of the 45P top rate of tax. And she also suggested that Britain has a benefit street culture, which might have gone down well in the reception rooms of Tory Conference but sounded quite tinny. So she is probably going to cause a headache for issues soon out from that perspective as well. But this doesn't look good when the idea is that Richard Sounak is supposed to be the adult in the room cleaning up the reputation of the party.
