The author of the book, "Sou sleep," says he doesn't believe in soul sleep. He thinks that because the human soul somehow survives the death of the body, that proves it's immortal. But other conditionalists who make this statement deny the inherent immortality of a soul or humans and point to an intermediate state as proof.
