The PR FAQ Is a Powerful Tool for Product Development

Product led growth is all about self service and how the customers can control their journey. So we're actually every feature piece of functionality we build now a page of duty to start with the customer and work backwards with the precious in FAQ. And so putting customers in control their journey still requires the sales team as opposed to sales let it grow this is product that growth where the product is doing a lot of the hard work, but the key is injecting sales at the right point in the customer life cycle.
