How to Freeze Your Bread

Claire makes her spelt breads with a scald in as a portion of the dough. And that makes the crumb softer, but also helps it last longer. When I want to freeze those loaves, so for example, when I make four loaves, I will generally keep one out and that will go in my bread bin. Claire: "I am sure there are ways that I could freeze my bread that makes it more fresh or makes it come out more crispy"
