Building a Culture of Enthralling, Urgent Mission

A culture of enthusiastic, urgent mission is not achieved just by having an evangelism committee or team. As we work on each of the outcomes and all of them, we begin to enjoy the benefits of a healthy ecosystem that produces mature disciples of Jesus. It's a package, not a set of departments without anything to do with each other. All of this has massive implications for how we organize and mobilize people - and what we choose to pour time and resources into.
