The Importance of Value in Data Product Development

I want data product leaders like you to be thinking more broadly than just what's in the data store. I left that out intentionally because there may be like what we call service design. We call them touch points, things that are happening in real life off of a screen and they're actually part of the end-to-end solution. If you want to do this kind of work, then you need to be thinking the product the way. This means inherently letting go of some of the data science the way of thinking and the data first ways of thinking.
