Is Charitable Giving on the Decline?

Why do you think charitable giving is on the decline in this country? There's a lot of scepticism now of charities, i think. And there's so much more gratification in knowing where your money's going and that it's going to people who really need it. You know that they got it, cause they write, i got it.
