With medical treatment, you can,. you can be seen to be having a faccen. And we're treating the majority of the time, with pharmacutacal interventions. I think that's the issue. Ideologically, in the uk, we're talking about levelling up and building that better et cetera. But that needs to translate from words to actual tangible action.
