How Do You Communicate All This Work Internally?

For us, the main thing is giving back to society. We don't really mind as long as they can thrive and also, yeah, as long as especially people from a minoritized group from under privileged background, get some more support. But I think regardless, you benefit, right? Because, you know, the both internally, you come to people are proud to work at some up. You know, you're a part of the work for an organization that does that, it gives back,. And also, especially when people are looking at companies, they want to go and work for when they see the amazing work you're doing in these communities.
