Comedy is a defence mechanism. If that's your modality of making jokes, doesn't have to be a comedian. You're essentially walling yourself off from the portal in order to reconnect those parts self to yourself. Sometimes it never reaches people as you find like a construct in yourself that t makes it more palatable. But i think what i'm saying is, well, ike, doing that, well, you know, being witty about your own e problems.
