Some people who have taken advantage of the program only meet with a counselor once. They've been up and running for about a year. It's almost like just knowing that it's available is doing a lot to serve the purpose, she says. And acknowledging that it is okay to have feelings about what you saw or heard or had to take part of it Absolutely.
