The Transformation of Sell Side and Bid Side Work

The sell side is a recent phenomenon in the commercial side of this business. We, if I think five years ago, we would do a couple of sell side projects a year. But ultimately, this has been a really interesting transformation because we've gone from ... to being a meaningful part of our business and not a ubiquitous but a pretty common part of middle market transactions. The shape of the funnel of buyers shifts to be more broad when there's good reliable sell side work done.
