When we look into another person and expect them to be different so that we're happyye, that never works. And this is a miracle that happens when you really authentically just allow them to be,. You will get the best of them for the most part. People respond to appreciation, authentic appreciation, not placation. Placating somebody actually is uncomfortable for the other. But authenticity is carried, even though we may not recognize it sometimes. When a person is contributing their authentic, joyful, creative contributions, this is something to appreciate. This is really for all of us to appreciate and not criticize because it's not as good as or it should be. We have no idea how everything
