The Tendency of White Workers to Move to Reaction
White workers tend to move to reaction by which he means defend the apartheid regime. The state is working to mitigate against some of the worst effects of capitalist exploitation for white people and so this gives white people white workers this prods them to defend the apartheid state. For all these different tendencies that you mentioned there's a theory about why it is that the white working class isn't doing what Marx says that workers do.
