The Importance of Social Skills in a Rugby Program
I wasn't probably ready for the role that I'd walked into so a lot of it was learning on the job. So you know I started out by myself and then I just had to had to progress, again just use a lot of my social skills to navigate that path because I've never done it before. "We're really passionate about athletic development and performance and things like that" he says. Make is that we come into an environment and say this is what needs to be done and we end up shooting ourselves in the foot.
