How to Effectively Regulate a World
The more sophisticated and forward or future pointing the movements then we'll imagine the bigger the brains. If you don't have to move so you're a little sea in enemy that never has to move ever again then you can eat your brain. One would guess that the bigger the thing you have to move around, the statistical sophistication or complexity of those movements by which I'm intimating is part of plans with a deep temporal horizon.
