The Hierarchies of Authority and Vows

Numbers chapter 30 gives us a bunch of laws about vows. I think this is introducing the relationship between the hierarchies of authority and vows. The specific case that's taken up here has to do with either a married or an unmarried woman. And I think that this is almost like a case law that provides an example for the way that people in positions of authority should object to objectionable vows.
