I'm Getting Excited When You're Saying We Need This but Why Why Why?
I got excited when you were saying that clients already know what they're trying to do. When I'm hearing it I'm always getting triggered and immediately I'll ask all those challenging questions. As soon as I started asking all those questions I could see this magic reaction of client being confusedclient be not sure what to answer, for me that was like a humbling moment. It's also about sort of leveraging the cost of not doing the research if you put it simply you can actually start making up the case in your own head.
