Is There a Difference?

I wonder if it's because as human beings, we notice difference more than we notice similarity. I find that in the job i do, is that actually, most things are more similar than we think. But we sort of go, oh, that's different. And we spot the bit that's different, and we kind of give it more focus and attend es. Someof some of our marke research techniques and things are designed to high li differences. They don't like us to te they want us to find differenceso, that's entirely ethical. Ethical though it's being very customa, ointeed, keeping the customer exactly what they want.
