I use 26 different techniques and terms of altering breathing to et specific changes in the body and mind. There is nothing left afield about breathing, i work with people of all walks of life. Iave worked with military snipers. These guys are not left afield. But i was brought in to teach them how to breed while pulling the trigger of a gun. That's just about changing your physiology. It has given me the ability to bring a stillness to the mind that goes beyond my meditation. You can down ratet regulate very, very quickly by taking that soft breath in through the nose and a really relaxed and slow gentle breath out. We don't have time to do physical exercise
