He didn't preserve a written record of his speech, and no one copied it down verbatim at the time. It's pretty clear that he decried violence that the islamic rulers were supposedly perpetrating againstp grims and against the christian residents of the holy land. He talked about the desecration of jerusalem, and particularly of the very sacred church which a houses the site of christ's supposed tomb. And he called for something like an armed pilgrimage - although we don't know whether he used that phrase exactly.
