When the Earliest Life Could Have Begun in the Universe?
When do you think is the early moment life could have begun in the universe? I'm going to say, at least earlier than last Wednesday. The first stars were really just hydrogen and helium,. which is not enough to have generated life based components. We would need at least second generation stars in order to have heavier elements involved. Wile, i assume that life would need a energy source like we have the sun. So if i had to guess, i would say maybe 500 million years after the big bang, earth went through a period of heavy bombardment - but this is all conjecture.
