iad: We can always run into pitfalls, blind spots, biases, things like that. What are some of the notable examples you've seen from your own career or just the start up world in general? iad: There's concept from science psychology called type one type two errors. Type one errors are false positive. Type two errors ar false negatives. I'm really interested in this notion of the biases that can creep into our decision making.
