Dyspnea and ATP Dependence

The ATP is used to pump calcium back into the sarcoplasmic reticulum, and it's used to dissociate actin and myosin cross-braging. If you've got a someone with CAD and they're exercising, the vessels that are feeding the myocardium are going to deliver less oxygen. And when the ATP levels drop, this ATP dependent relaxation is going to be blunted. The decreased compliance is going to lead to increased LVEDP.
