How to Be More in Touch With Your Body

CNN's Richard Quest shares a meditation technique he learned from an old friend. He says it helps people become more in touch with their body, which is all about what mindfulness is. The ancient indian word for feeling tone means noticing if one's experience is pleasant, unpleasant, neutral or mixed. When i teach this technique, i tell people, you know, mixd is a little bit of a copout. Try and see if you can put things in the pleasant or unpleasant category.
