The Effects of Exercise on Insulin Sensitivity

Exercise training studies have shown increases in insulin sensitivity without affecting weight, you're saying the same with how you're handling fat as well. And it goes away pretty quickly, at least in mice, it only lasts for about four days. They're 24 to 48 hours with exercise increasing in sensitivity because that's beautiful. It comes three or four times a week or more. You'll keep that going. Yeah. We've got a couple of really interesting papers in the pipeline that hopefully will come out soon that are linking maybe even some non quintessential findings like the gut microbiome seems to impact cardiovascular function. So and heart for that matter.
