It's unclear exactly how it works, because i believe apple is financing the pay later. They're paying up front for whatever you buy, and then you're paying apple back,. And they're not taking any interest or late fees. It's limited to a few countries right now, um, america, singapore. I think portugal is one of the countries as well.
