The Chow Family and the Lunar New Year Massacre
The Asian Ballroom Dance Studio in Monterey Park was shot to death on Lunar New Year. Chow: "It's so horrible because Asians, old Asians love Ballroom Dance so much" She says she and her daughter Chelsea have been looking for a place where they could work out their mental health issues as a family. The couple are currently living in Costa Rica but say they're never coming back.
