Procrastination - I Love It!

The key to overcoming procrastination is first to recognized when you're procrastinating. The things that are not urgent, but they are important, those are the things we put off. You have to flip it around and just schedule the things that are important, but not urgent. That will force you to do what's most important in your life. And then when you do relax at other things, you'll be able to enjoy it instead of feeling so much like i have to make a breath of fresh air.
