You Can't Get a Sim Card in Japan.

You can't get a phone number in Japan unless you live here. I have noticed that the more from like Tokyo, southwards, people are more fun,. More north, not so fun. Are you think so? People are way more chill. The more south you go in Japan. Well, everyone is really willing to talk, really outgoing and more north you go. The less willing that people on Hokkaido do not want to talk. No. So I feel like it's kind of, yeah. Tojo-ku. Kind of like more west.
