The Death Penalty and the Middle East

In America, we give them shows on Nickelodeon. But the point is you go to the Middle East, you get kidnapped. You're an American. The only thing they can rely on is a bunch of J.Sock guys jumping out of the helicopter and shooting their families and everyone in the room because they don't care. So they're genuinely worried about capturing Americans. ISIS wasn't, which was really scary. If there is a cartel that says, you know what, they're executing our traffickers.
